Hello teachers! Here goes a nice "tongue twister". Say it fast and loud. Enjoy!
Betty Botta
Betty Botta bought some butter,"now", she said,"this butter's bitter". "If I put it in my batter, it will make the batter bitter."
So she bought a bit of butter, better than the bitter butter, put it in the bitter batter, made the bitter batter better. So 'twas better Betty Botta bought a bit of better butter.
And also, I'd like to share a preposotion song I've seen on youtube. It's
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m7v3yxXPPjM, bye!

Hi Regina!
My suggestion is www.uiowa.edu/~acadtech/phonetics
This website contains animated libraries of the phonetics sounds of the English language.
Available for each consonant sound and vowel is an animated articulatory diagram, step-by-step description, and video-audio of the sounds spoken in context. It is intended for students of phonetics, linguistics, and foreign language.
I hope it can be useful for you all.
Cheers!
Dulce
Hi, everybody!!
This is the site I would like to share with you: http://www.teachingenglish.org.uk/try/resources/grammar-movies
If you are trying to explain some uses of the language and you need help, this site brings some movies about grammar in a very delightful and illustrative way. Very useful in the classroom and you can copy and use it with multimidia tv.
Think about it!
Hugs, Vera

Hi,
there's a new group of teachers joining the blog. They are taking part in the PDE program developed by the Education Secretariat of the State of Paraná.
We have just started a course in new technologies for ELT at UFPR as part of the program and I hope they'll enjoy sharing some of their knowledge and experiences here.
